The 2024 Tradeswomen Build Nations Conference is committed to providing an environment free from discrimination and harassment. We ask all meeting participants to embrace the values of equity, equality and respect, and conduct themselves in this meeting consistent with those values. If you witness or feel you have experienced discriminatory, harassing or otherwise inappropriate conduct, please email help@nabtu.org with your contact information, and a member of the NABTU staff or Tradeswomen committee will contact you to address your situation. Possible responses may include a warning to or expulsion of the alleged offender from Conference events. Additionally, where appropriate, the Conference may inform the alleged offender’s affiliate or employing entity of the offending behavior and complaint.
